Tips for getting help quickly

  • Describe what you were trying to do — not just what went wrong, but what you expected to happen.
  • Include your role (Admin, Staff, Leader, or Member) so we can understand your level of access.
  • Share a screenshot if possible — it helps us see exactly what you see.
  • Mention the browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, etc.).

  • Check the Common Issues page first — your answer may already be there.
  • The AI chat assistant is available around the clock and can answer most questions about how to use Churchday.
