Common Issues

Here are solutions to the most common problems.

I did not receive my sign-in code

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Wait a minute and try again — sometimes email delivery takes a moment.
  • If using a work email, your IT department may be blocking the message. Try a personal email address.

I cannot access a feature

  • Your role may not include that feature. Check with your admin to see what role you have. See What Each Role Can Do.
  • Some features (Text, Forms, Analytics) are coming soon and not yet available.

My changes are not saving

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try refreshing the page and making the change again.
  • Make sure you clicked Save or Save Changes — some pages require you to confirm.

I cannot find someone in the directory

  • Make sure you are searching by the correct name, email, or phone.
  • Check if any filters are active — click Filters and clear them.
  • The person may not have been added yet. See Adding a New Member.

The event page says "Registration closed"

  • The registration deadline has passed. The event admin can remove or extend the deadline.
  • If the event is full, you may still be able to join the waiting list.

My CSV import has errors

  • Make sure your file has at least a name and email column.
  • Check for duplicate email addresses in your file.
  • Make sure dates are in a recognized format.
