Account and Profile Settings

Your account settings let you manage your personal information — your name, email address, and password.

How to access your account

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Select Account settings.

Updating your profile

1. Change your name by editing the Full name field.
2. Change your email by editing the Email field. You will receive a confirmation link at your new email address.
3. Click Save Profile.

Your role (Admin, Staff, Leader, or Member) is shown on this page but cannot be changed here — only an admin can change roles.

Changing your password

1. Scroll to the Security section.
2. Enter a new password in the New password field (minimum 6 characters).
3. Confirm it in the Confirm password field.
4. Click Update Password.

Good to know

• If you change your email, you will need to confirm it by clicking the link sent to the new address.
• Churchday also supports passwordless sign-in with email codes, so a password is optional.
