Viewing a Member's Activity Timeline

Every member has an activity timeline that shows a history of their interactions with your church — when they registered, checked in, joined a group, or had their profile updated.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to People and click on a member's name.
  2. Click the Activity tab on their profile.
  3. Scroll through the timeline. Each entry shows what happened, when it happened, and links to related content (like the event they registered for).

What gets tracked

The timeline records:

  • When the member was added to the directory
  • Event registrations
  • Check-ins at events
  • Tags, groups, or teams they were added to or removed from
  • Profile updates
  • Role changes within groups or teams

Good to know

  • Activity is recorded automatically — you do not need to do anything to enable it.
  • Each entry has an icon and description so you can quickly scan what happened.
  • Links in the timeline take you to the related event, tag, or group.
