Viewing a Member's Activity Timeline
Every member has an activity timeline that shows a history of their interactions with your church — when they registered, checked in, joined a group, or had their profile updated.
Step-by-step
- Go to People and click on a member's name.
- Click the Activity tab on their profile.
- Scroll through the timeline. Each entry shows what happened, when it happened, and links to related content (like the event they registered for).
What gets tracked
The timeline records:
- When the member was added to the directory
- Event registrations
- Check-ins at events
- Tags, groups, or teams they were added to or removed from
- Profile updates
- Role changes within groups or teams
Good to know
- Activity is recorded automatically — you do not need to do anything to enable it.
- Each entry has an icon and description so you can quickly scan what happened.
- Links in the timeline take you to the related event, tag, or group.
