Editing Member Profiles

Keep your directory accurate by updating member information as it changes — new phone numbers, address changes, or status updates.

Before you begin

  • You need the Admin or Staff role.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to People and find the member you want to edit. Click their name to open their profile.
  2. Click the Settings tab on their profile page.
  3. Update any fields you need to change:
    • Name (first, last, middle, nickname)
    • Contact info (email, mobile phone, home phone, work phone)
    • Personal details (gender, birthday, marital status, anniversary)
    • Address (street, city, state, zip)
    • Education (school, grade)
    • Member status
  4. Click Save Changes.

Managing tags from a profile

From a member's Overview tab, you can:

  • See all their current tags, groups, and teams.
  • Add them to new tags, groups, or teams.
  • Remove them from existing ones.
  • Change their role within a group or team (for example, from "Member" to "Leader").

Good to know

  • Changes are saved immediately and visible to anyone with access to the directory.
  • You can also delete a member from their profile settings. This action cannot be undone.
