Navigating the Dashboard

After you sign in, you land on your dashboard. Everything you need is accessible from the sidebar on the left (or the bottom bar on mobile).

The sidebar

The sidebar is your main way to move around Churchday. Here is what each section does:

• Events — Your home base. See all upcoming and past events in a calendar view. Create new events from here.
• Schedule — View and manage volunteer schedules. Set your unavailable dates.
• People — Your member directory. Browse, search, and manage everyone in your church community.
• Email — Create and send email campaigns to your church.
• Settings — Configure your church profile, default preferences, and member statuses.

At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see your name and role. Click it to access Account settings or Log out.

On mobile

On smaller screens, the sidebar becomes a bottom navigation bar. If there are more items than can fit, tap More to see the rest.

Good to know

• What you see in the sidebar depends on your role. For example, members do not see the People or Email sections.
• The Text, Forms, and Analytics sections are coming soon and will appear as they become available.
