Inviting Your Staff
Churchday works best when your whole staff is on board. Add your pastors, ministry leaders, and office staff so everyone can pitch in.
Before you begin
- You need the Admin role to manage staff.
- Decide which role each person should have before inviting them. See Understanding roles and permissions for details.
How roles work
Each person you invite gets a role that determines what they can see and do:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything — full control over the entire account |
| Staff | Manage events, people, tags, and email |
| Leader | View events and people, check in attendees, suggest events |
| Member | View events and suggest new ones |
Good to know
- Everyone on your staff signs in with their email. No passwords to manage.
- You can change someone's role at any time.
