Tracking Attendance

On event day, use the attendees list to check people in as they arrive. After the event, review the data to see who came and who did not.

Checking people in

  1. Open the event and go to the Attendees tab.
  2. Find the person using the search bar or by scrolling the list.
  3. Click the checkbox in the check-in column next to their name. A green checkmark appears.
  4. To undo, click the checkbox again.

Viewing attendance stats

At the top of the Attendees tab, you will see four stats:

  • Registered — Total number of people who signed up.
  • Checked In — How many have been marked as present.
  • Waitlist — People on the waiting list.
  • Capacity — The attendee limit (or "Unlimited" if none is set).

Exporting attendance data

Click the Export button on the Attendees tab to download a spreadsheet with columns for: Name, Email, Phone, Status, Checked In, and Registered date.

Good to know

  • Check-ins are recorded in each member's activity timeline, so you can see their attendance history from their profile.
  • You can email all attendees directly from the Attendees tab using the Email All button.
  • Leaders can check people in but cannot edit other attendee details.
